On December 27, our team members Julia Shabunina, Alexandre Kovin, and Alexander Rodin in cooperation with the team from the Volunteers Club visited the Doverie orphanage and tried to bring the holiday spirit to the children.
We believe that our contribution could make children smile.
Our team organized different activities and gave the orphanage residents presents. Together with the children, we cleaned the pond from snow so that they could show how they play ice hockey, sledded downhill, and drank tea with cakes. The children were happy to communicate and tell us how they were doing and we were glad to get to know them and share the holiday spirit.
During the visit, our team members wore masks and gloves, with their temperature being measured. All the necessary precautions were taken.
About Doverie
Established in 1948 in the Moscow region, the Doverie (means “trust” in Russian) orphanage takes care of orphans and children left without parental care with disabilities.
