TKM International Consulting has become a member of the Association of European Businesses, the main representative body of foreign investors in Russia. The membership will give us an opportunity to identify and address principal business and legislative issues related to IP protection and fighting against counterfeiting in Russia. Within the framework of the Association, these issues will be raised both to the relevant European Union authorities and to Russia’s business and political leaders.
TKM will actively participate in the operation of the following AEB committees: Intellectual Property committee, Legal committee and Customs and Transport committee and in the working group on Parallel Imports. Our team is glad to share its expertise in the IP protection field with the Association’s members and enhance connections. We look forward to productive networking!
About AEB
Founded in 1995, the AEB is an independent non-profit organisation of over 500 European and Russian companies, multinational corporations and small and medium-sized enterprises. Its operation is aimed at boosting cooperation between the EU and Russia, as well as improving the investment climate of the Russian Federation.
The AEB runs committees, subcommittees and working groups that are engaged in lobbying on a wide range of issues in various business areas including energy, transport and customs, passenger cars and commercial vehicles production, legislation, taxation, banking, real estate, and many others. These committees work closely with the European and Russian authorities, and provide comments and suggested changes to the draft laws of the Russian Federation.
